Refurbishment & Alterations of existing premises at 33 Lowgate & 14 Bishop Lane Hull.
Enabling works have commenced in the form of a full re-roof and simple internal strip out works; which will be followed by the main contract works comprising of refurbishment and alterations to form 15 No. apartments to 4 No. floors with retail units to the ground floor.
R W Tindell Ltd have been commissioned to undertake the roles of Project Management and Cost Consultancy.
