R W Tindell Ltd’s Contingency Planning in Respect of the Coronavirus Outbreak
Following the current Coronavirus outbreak we have implemented some company wide precautions regarding any future meetings & walk in meeting requests in line with the health & safety procedures to protect our staff/clients & families.
Like everyone, we have been busy gathering as much information as possible to determine the impact of Coronavirus. We have taken advice from trusted sources, to identify how we best protect our clients, our communities and our colleagues.
With this in mind we have devised the following plan to best protect everyone whilst maintaining our business services:-
- We are implementing a video-call for meetings either via Facetime or a conference call system
- If required, any site meetings will take place but be conducted outside.
- The office will unfortunately not be able to facilitate walk in meetings.
- Anyone that believes they may have been in contact with persons showing any symptoms please refrain from attending all meetings and notify ourselves.
We will do all we can to continue to support you, but we do urge you to look after yourselves, and to follow the latest government guidance. R W Tindell Ltd advises that you take all necessary precautions when visiting sites, such as wearing disposable gloves, reducing unnecessary contact with people (such as handshakes), using hand sanitisers or, if possible, arranging to work in vacated premises. This we hope will help keep you safe, as well as put your mind at rest.
We hope that these measures do not cause any inconvenience.
Regards
Rob Tindell – Managing Director
